Email notices to PTCMAAS members:
Professional notices to PTCMAAs members may be delivered on occasion via our email list. Examples in the past include job postings, practice locations for rent or purchase, notifications of continuing education or other professional activities.
1. The notice must be prepared completely by the sender and ready to forward or "cut and paste". PTCMAAS may review the notice for approval, but will not provide editing or layout preparation. We recommend that you include a Chinese translation if possible, as many of our members will read this more readily.
2. The notice must provide contact information. PTCMAAS does not provide messenger service between the sender and members.
3. Please ensure that any links or embedded objects are correct. PTCMAAS does not take responsibility for removal or quarantine by our anti-virus and related software.
4. PTCMAAS strives to keep its mailing list up to date but does not guarantee that all the contact information will be current at the time of transmission.
5. Please email your request to i and wait for approval.
6. After you receive approval for the email, please send $20.00 per transmission by eTransfer to i. The email will be sent after approval and receipt of payment.
